Our Special Needs Goal for the end of 2021 is $25,000.
The first $8500 will allow us to share food with neighbors in need at Christmas and New Years in difficult times in Haiti.
The next $2500 will fund pop-up medical clinics in the same neighborhoods with Haitian doctors and volunteers for check-ups and basic medications.
An additional $6000 will fund 50 new solar lights to bring light and safety to their communities at night.
The final $8000 will pay for safe transportation for the children of Chanje Lakay on their daily trips to school and back, and to be able to purchase supplies from the market and bring them home without strangers delivering them inside our gates. We have already received the donated truck here in the US, but we need to pay for the shipping and import taxes to Haiti, and we want to perform some upgrades so that it will withstand the harsh conditions of Haiti as well as purchase spare parts in advance for repairs for when it breaks down.
Your help will truly make a difference.

Any funds raised beyond our goal will go to additional Christmas and New Years outreaches for the first three categories: food, medical care and solar lighting in the communities.
